Garry Ahearn
Garry Ahearn has been involved in the real estate industry since 1981, and can boast over 2000 recorded
residential transactions throughout his extraordinarily successful career.
He owned an award-winning internationally–branded office in Sydney for 12 years
(which made it to number one nationally in the group four years running), then owned and managed
an independent real estate office for a couple of years, before being promoted to Australasian CEO for an
international real estate organisation in 2004; overseeing more then 150 offices and 2000 agents;
a position which he held for three years.
His experience spans numerous continents, communities and
market conditions. He has also specialised in the marketing of development sites, including both residential
and commercial.
Undisputedly an expert in his field, Mr Ahearn has also shared his knowledge as a trainer, where he
successfully trained real estate agents and principals across three continents and thousands of different
market places. To date, he has trained over 200 real estate principals in a variety of management courses,
and in addition has conducted over 75 Recruitment Seminars for a major international franchise company
